Summary of Services

We offer a range of freight solutions, including:

  • Single item heavy freight
  • Palletized freight
  • Less than truckload (LTL)
  • Partial truckload (PTL)
  • Full truckload (FTL)
  • Rail freight
  • Expedited freight

What is the difference between LTL

and Full Truckload shipping?

LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping is ideal for smaller shipments that don't require a full trailer. With LTL, your freight shares space with shipments from other companies, making it a more cost-effective solution for lighter loads.

In contrast

Full Truckload (FTL) shipping is used when you have enough freight to fill an entire trailer or when you prefer an exclusive truck for faster transit and less handling.

How much weight can a truck carry?

A typical truck and trailer combination can carry between 42,000 and 44,000 pounds, with dry vans handling up to 45,000 pounds. For full truckload shipments, it's best to confirm the trailer's weight capacity with the carrier to avoid exceeding limits.

How many pallets can a truck carry?

A truck can typically carry up to 30 standard 40” x 48” pallets. Larger pallets may require additional planning for full truckload shipping.
